Shipping policy

All orders will ship in 4-6 business days unless otherwise specified. If you have questions prior to your package being shipped, contact us at customerservice@thebeadboss.com. Once you have received your tracking number you will be able to monitor the location of your package and reach out to USPS if necessary. The Bead Boss is not responsible for delays with the postal service.
